Con
el punto bonus por cinco tries apoyados, los All Blacks arrollaron a los Pumas

los All Blacks y su entrenador debutante Ian Forster que salvó su banquillo en
el contrato bienal, y evitaran perder tres veces seguidas como en 1998, cayendo
dos veces cocentuivas en éste en siglo 21. Y ganaron en todo: el scrum, el line,
juego desplegado y defensa,
"Lo
que más me enorgullecía hoy es que realmente los golpeamos duros (a los Pumas), jugando mucho rugby contra
ellos, y con mucha variedad de juego de patadas, con ritmo y toma de decisiones
mucho más clínica"., sentenció un aliviado entrenador Ian Forster.
Nueva Zelanda rindió homenaje a la estrella
del fútbol argentino Diego Maradona cuando el capitán Sam Cane dejó en la
cancha una camiseta de los All Black con el número 10 –en homenaje a Diego Maradona
que murió el miércoles de un infarto a los 60 años.
Los
Pumas asintieron en reconocimiento del gesto. Pero luego en el partido,
estuvieron lejos de demostrar solidez en sus movimientos, resignando territorio
y posesión, a partir de ser redimensionados en el scrum y en el resto de las
formaciones.
Además,
el entrenador porteño Mario Ledesma, como el entrenador australiano Michael
Cheika, erraron en las formaciones y en los cambios, a partir de los delanteros,
y de los medios con Gonzalo Bertranou y Santiago Carreras, con apenas 14’ por
jugar.
"Hemos
hecho mucho esfuerzo para venir aquí y muchos sacrificios para no terminar de
la manera que merecemos terminar", comentó
el entrenador porteño Mario
Ledesma, quien sobre los Wallabies, adelantó: . "Saldremos y trataremos de
hacer un gran partido".
Los
All Blacks suman 11 puntos, 5 puntos por delante de los Pumas y de los
Wallabies que juegan el próximo sábado y donde ambos equipos necesitan una
victoria con punto bonus para tener alguna posibilidad de igualar el primer lugar
