Los  Jaguares se proponen superar a los Brumbies el domingo (a las 03:05 hora argentina), en Canberra, capital de Australia, en la décima semana del Super Rugby 15  y en el segundo partido de gira por Oceanía. Los Brumbies son favoritos para ganar por 3 puntos. La franquicia argentina busca triunfos consecutivos, una performance que se  intenta tras 9 semanas, corrigiendo  errores defensivos, en la concentración, la disciplina y el trabajo  en el scrum como en el line. Si no mejoran esos requerimientos seguirán en zona baja de la Conferencia Sudafricana. Hoy los Jaguares presentan un equipo ideal con la vuelta como titular del medio scrum mendocino Gonzalo Bertranou junto al apertura tucumano Nicolás Sánchez;  y en el centro del ataque la experiencia del rosarino Jerónimo de La Fuente y del tucumano Matías Orlando.

En el fondo un trío incuestionable como el platense Joaquín Tuculet, el tucumano Ramiro Moyano y el rosarino Emiliano Boffelli, mientras que la estratégica tercera línea se integra con los entrerrianos Javier Ortega Desio y Marcos Kremer y el porteño Pablo Matera. En segunda línea se nota la ausencia en  el liderato y la experiencia, del cordobés Matías Alemanno, postergado por el porteño Guido Petti Pagadizábal que va como titular con  el otro porteño Tomás Lavanini. Y en la primera línea del scrum, los bonaerenses Nahuel Tetáz Chaparro, Agustín Creevy, y Santiago García Botta tendrán otro duro examen en la base de una formación neurálgica frente al oficio y potencia del pack australiano. Tras  mal comienzo de temporada, los Jaguares fueron  mejorando después de la victoria de la semana pasada ante  los Melbourne Rebels  en el profundo sureste australiano y están de buen talante en la  gira por Oceanía,  tras ganar tres de sus últimos cinco partidos,  fuera del estadio porteño de  Vélez Sársfield. Los Brumbies ganaron el único partido previo con victoria de 39-15 en Vélez Sársfield en 2017. Marcaron tries con Sam Carter, Tom Banks (2), Henry Speight y Andy Muirhead (2). Wharenui Hawera sumó nueve puntos con el pie. Por el lado de Jaguares ,marcaron tries los porteños Tomás Lavanini y Guido Petti Pagadizába;  mientras que el porteño Santiago González Iglesias y el tucumano Nicolás Sánchez sumaron  puntos con el pie. En los Australianos regresa el wing de los Wallabies, Henry Speight, y también en los Brumbies  el entrenador Dan McKellar, convocó al segunda línea Sam Carter que será el capitán en lugar del ausente centro Christian Lealiifano que se tomó descanso reparador. El medio scrum Joe Powell regresa después de una ausencia de dos partidos, intercambiando lugares con Matt Lucas, quien va al banco de suplentes, mientras que Kyle Godwin se colocará como centro interior dejado vacante por Lealiifano.

The Jaguares intend to beat the Brumbies on Sunday (at 03:05 Argentinian time), at  Canberra, the capital of Australia, in the tenth week of Super Rugby 15, and in the second match on tour in Oceania. The Brumbies are favorites to win by 3 points. The Argentinian franchise seeks consecutive wins, a performance that is tried after 9 weeks, correcting defensive errors, concentration, discipline and work in the scrum as in line out. In second row is the absence in leadership and the experience of Matías Alemanno from Córdoba, postponed by Guido Petti Pagadizábal from Buenos Aires, that goes like holder with the other lock from Buenos Aires  Tomás Lavanini. And in the front row  the scrum, the Buenos Aires trio Nahuel Tetáz Chaparro, Agustín Creevy, and Santiago García Botta will have another tough test at the base of a neuralgic place against the trade and power of  Australian pack. After a bad start to the season, the Jaguares improved after last week's victory against the Melbourne Rebels in the deep southeast of Australia and are in good spirits on the Oceania tour, after winning three of their last five games, outside the Vélez Sársfield Stadium from Buenos Aires. The Brumbies won the only previous game by 39-15  at Vélez Sársfield Stadium in 2017. They scored tries with Sam Carter, Tom Banks (2), Henry Speight and Andy Muirhead (2). Wharenui Hawera added nine points with his foot. On the side of the Jaguares, scored with locks from Buenos Aires Tomás Lavanini and Guido Petti Pagadizábal; while Santiago González Iglesias from Buenos Aires and  Nicolás Sánchez from Tucumán, added points with the foot.  In Australians returns is the wing of the Wallabies, Henry Speight, and also in the Brumbies the coach Dan McKellar, called the second row Sam Carter who will be the captain instead of the absent centre Christian Lealiifano who took restful rest. The scrum half Joe Powell returns after a two-game absence, swapping places with Matt Lucas, who goes to the bench, while Kyle Godwin will be placed as an inside centre vacated by Lealiifano.
