Tucumán se proclamó campeón frente a Uruguay en la final 

Los Dogos cordobeses cayeron en semifinales del 36º Seven de la República 2019, disputado en El Plumazo de Paraná, frente a los Naranjas de Tucumán que ganaron por 21-19 (7-12) y en la final vencieron a los Teros de Uruguay por 12-8 (7-0). Tucumán recuperó el cetro nacional, perdido en 2018 ante Córdoba. En la sede del Plumazo del club Estudiantes de Paraná, culminó la máxima cita sudamericana del juego reducido, con Tucumán ganador de la Copa de Oro, sobre Uruguay por 12-8, con Buenos Aires vencedor de la Copa de Plata sobre Rosario 19-12 y la presea de Bronce fue para Misiones que se impuso a San Juan 17-12. Fue una final de alta intensidad, con Tucumán  ganando el parcial por 7-0 gracias a un try de Nicanor Álvarez. En el comienzo de la segunda etapa, Los Teros 7s  lo dieron vuelta con un try y un penal que los puso 8-7 al frente. Y en un try cost to cost , Agustín Cortés le dio el título a los Naranjas . El tryman Agustín  Cortés puso de relieve: : «Estoy con mucha felicidad y emoción por la entrega del equipo, fue increíble. Es la primera vez que salgo campeón después de jugar este torneo durante cuatro años, tengo una alegría enorme y sabía que era la última del año y que tenía que dar todo lo que tenía para llegar al try». Los Dogos 7s defensores del título, disputaron un duro desafío con los Naranjas, tras haberle ganado a las Águilas porteñas con determinación  por 33-17.  Córdoba tuvo un parcial ganador de 19-5, con tripleta de Facundo López y 2 conversiones de Augusto Guillamondegui para un parcial de 19-14 ; y que al final Tucumán lo remontó al 21-19.

Dogos 7 perdieron en semifinales con  Naranjas de Tucumán que fue el campeón 

The Cordoba´s  Dogos fell in the semifinals of the 36th Seven of the Republic 2019, played at El Plumazo field of Paraná City, against the Naranjas of Tucumán that won by 21-19 (7-12) and in the final they beat the Teros of Uruguay by 12 -8 (7-0). Tucumán recovered the national scepter, lost in 2018 against Los Dogos from Córdoba Province. In the headquarters finals of the Plumazo field of Estudiantes  of Paraná club, the top South American event of the reduced game ended, with Tucumán winner of  Gold Cup, over  Uruguay by 12-8, with Buenos Aires winner of Silver Cup over  Rosario by 19-12 and the bronze medal was for Misiones that was imposed on San Juan by 17-12. It was a high intensity final, with Tucumán winning the partial 7-0 thanks to a try by Nicanor Álvarez. In the beginning of the second stage, Los Teros 7s turned it around with a try and a penalty that put them 8-7 in front. Córdoba against Tucumán had a partial winner of 19-5, with a triplet of Facundo López and 2 conversions of Augusto Guillamondegui , for a partial of 19-14; and that in the end Tucumán traced it to 21-19.
