C'était la première victoire de l'entraîneur néo-zélandais Dave Rennie des Wallabies qui a battu les All Blacks après deux cartons rouges, contre le pilier gauche All Black Ofa Tuungafasi (23’ première mi-temps) et le flanker Wallaby Lachlan Swinton (40').

A Rugby Australia XV that included the Wallabies Fraser McReight (flanker), Isi Naisarani (eighth) and Joe Powell (scrum half and captain) contested a tough confrontation in the scrum and in the lines to the Pumas in three match times 57 -24 (19-5) (40-24) and who are preparing for the first test since the 2019 World Cup.

Córdoba’s  full back Santiago Carreras opened the scoring at the end of a spectacularly fluid attack that began in a scrum inside the field of the Australians who matched with wing Triston Reilly. Then Buenos Aires’s scrum half Tomás Cubelli added a double.
