Nueva Zelanda (1º), e Irlanda (2º), en primado. Argentina (10º), en temporada decepcionante - New Zealand (1st), and Ireland (2nd), in primacy. Argentina (10th), disappointing season.

New Zealand (1st), and Ireland (2nd), in primacy. Argentina (10th), disappointing season.

After the third and last round of the last edition  in European autumn-winter series, the world rankings show New Zealand (1st) and Ireland (2nd), respectively, in the primate.
While Argentina fell to 10th step, disappointing season with 2 wins and the last among the Top 10 at the end of the 2018. Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland ended their campaigns with a victory. There was a great impact in France when Fiji made history with a remarkable 21-14 victory, and everything shows an intriguing image before the IX World Cup Japan 2019. In the VIII World Cup England 2015 was dominated by the Southern Hemisphere, already that the four semifinalists were formed by the Rugby Championship quartet: New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Argentina. The main team in three out of four pools was also a team from the southern hemisphere, but its supremacy is waning as the gap has gradually closed. Tomorrow Monday, the world ranking will see three Six Nations teams in the top four. Ireland will remain in second place, with Wales third and England fourth. The surprising thing is the fall for Argentina and Australia. The Wallabies suffered defeats against England and Wales, while the Pumas were in turn defeated by Wales, Ireland and Scotland. Both in disappointing season.

Scotland is stronger than Argentina, to redeem itself

On the third round  of  final series in European Autumn-Winter 2018, Scotland is presented to its crowd  at the mythical Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh, as a favorite by 10 points over Argentina, to redeem the contrast against South Africa a week ago (20 -26); and Argentina tries to rearrange its lines after two defeats against Ireland (28-17) and France (28-13), respectively.
In the midst of glacial and rainy weather (2º) in Edinburgh, the battle will be focused on the back of the pitch with two full backs of great prominence such as Stuart Hogg and Emiliano Boffelli from Rosario, as each one possesses skill for the game in the heights and good kick to clear and launch the backlash so there will be a crucial key to decide a match with narrow result. The Scottish coach Gregor Townsend will look for more performance of the pack, to consolidate it in the scrum, in the line and in the mauls, with the  South African Number eighth  Josh Strauss, the second line Jonny Gray and Grant Gilchrist. On the front row  the New Zealander prop Simon Berghan, the South African prop  Allan Dell, and the hooker Fraser Brown, make up a veteran trio of proven experience. In the backline  next to Stuart Hogg, highlights the New Zealander wing Sean Maitland, the South African centre Huw Jones, completing the centre Finn Russell and the youth wing Blair Kinghorn; while the media pair the youthful  fly half Adam Hastings, is integrated as playmaker, with veteran scrum half, captain and scorer Greg Laidlaw (33 years). On the side of Argentina, the Buenos Aires´s  coach Mario Ledesma, maintains his titular media pair, integrated by the Tucumán´s  fly half Nicolás Sánchez and the Mendoza´s  scrum half Gonzalo Bertranou, but disarms the couple of centre  where stands out Jerónimo de la Fuente from Rosario  and Matías Orlando from Tucumán, who is replaced by Matías Moroni from Buenos Aires. In the second line Matías Alemanno from Córdoba is displaced by Guido Petti Pagadizábal from Buenos Aires, who is replaced in the bottom line by flanker Rodrigo Bruni from La Plata, which completes the sector with number eighth  Javier Ortega Desio from Entre Ríos, and flanker Pablo Matera from Buenos Aires. The Front row  is not touched, with props from Buenos Aires  Santiago Medrano and Santiago García Botta and hooker Agustín Creevy from La Plata. In the previous history, Argentina does not beat Scotland since the 2011 New Zealand World Cup, when they won 13-12 at  Wellington. After they produced four consecutive defeats: at  Mario Alberto Kempes stadium in Cordoba by 21-19 in 2014, at  Murrayfield by 41-31 in 2014, at Murrayfield by 19-16 in 2016 and at Centenario  Stadium of Resistencia City by 44-15 last June.

France sank a stunned Argentina

France ended a five-game winless streak, winning by 28-13 (11-10) against Argentina, which conceded its fourth straight defeat at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Lille and now on the verge of a nervous breakdown, will visit on Saturday the temple of Murrayfield, to Scotland that lost with the just before South Africa by 26-20 in intense match. Argentina collapsed in the second half, entering a downward spiral, as it happened against Ireland a week ago, and repeated to France. However, he had a better start with possession of the ball through scrum half from Mendoza  Gonzalo Bertranou  and fly half and scorer from Tucuman, Nicolás Sánchez. In that time highlighted the centre from Rosario  Jerónimo De La Fuente, who managed to throw the wing from Tucuman Ramiro Moyano who in diagonally put bow under the sticks in spectacular try, raising goal Sanchez for a 7-0 lead when they were just two minutes away game.

The scrum half and French scorer Baptiste Serin with a penalty goal discounted the 7' for Argentinian infringement in the scrum and then Sanchez with penalty goal for collapse of the scrum extended the advantage, but Les Bleus scored his first try thanks to wing Yoann Huget who left in the way to wing from Buenos Aires Bautista Delguy,  and threw the try to wing Teddy Thomas. Then Serin with a penalty goal gave France the lead for the first time, 11-10 before the break. The Pumas regained the advantage at 45' with a penalty goal from Sanchez, but shortly after, France went ahead with centre  Gael Fickou (Man of the match), who opened the crack in the Argentinian defense for Teddy Thomas to mark his second try. With Serin converting for the transcendent 18-13 to 49', France was consolidatingits dominance in scrums and lines. At 67 'with penalty goal Serin increased the advantage to 8 points for Les Bleus and on the end the hooker and captain Guilhem Guirado sentenced the match  with a run-over try turning Serin for the convincing 28-13 final.

Con Bertranou, Argentina tiene otra opción ante Francia- With Bertranou, Argentina has another option against France- Avec Bertranou, l'Argentine a une autre option contre la France

With Bertranou, Argentina has another option against France

After a break of two years, the Latin clash returns to the top 10 of the world rankings: France (8th) and Argentina (9th), will face on Saturday at the Pierre Mauroy stadium in Lille (northern France), in the second round the last European autumn-winter series, to give way to the Super 12 with the best of world ranking. Gonzalo Bertranou, the best scrum of the year in argentinian rugby, won the recognition in front of Martín Landajo and Tomás Cubelli from Buenos Aires. In addition, he is the absolute partner of  fly half from Tucumán Nicolás Sánchez in the offensive maneuver. It would have been another performance with them against Ireland last Saturday at Lansdowne Road in Dublin. Les Bleus and the Pumas will seek to recover from the defeats inflicted by South Africa (29-26) and Ireland (28-17), on Saturday, respectively, and end negative streaks as France comes from losing the New Zealand tour in June for 3 -0 and with South Africa adds a resounding 4-0. Argentina comes from conceding its third consecutive defeat. For what the French coach Jacques Brunel as Mario Ledesma from Buenos Aires seek to give confidence to their respective first XV teams. Brunel summoned two backs with experienced like centre Gaël Fickou and wing Yoann Huget and Ledesma betting again on Gonzalo Bertranou.  France was one second away from the Springboks at the Stade de France in Paris, but at 79' Les Bleus conceded a try to the hoocker Bongi Mbonambi who advanced on maul scored and sentenced 26-29. Argentina, on the other hand, surrendered in its scrum and gave fulminating tries to the scrum half: Kieran Marmion and Luke McGrath (substitute). Ledesma called the lock Mariano Galarza as a substitute and on the way he already ruled out Juan Figallo from Salta, Facundo Bosch from Buenos Aires, Gastón Cortés from Córdoba and Ramiro Herrera from Chubut. Tomás Lezana from Santiago del Estero  and Rodrigo Bruni from La Plata go to the bench and Guido Petti Pagadizábal is still flanker. The challenges between thefly halfs Camille López and Nicolás Sánchez are already palpitating two figures,  and in the centre of the pitch Gaël Fickou and Mathieu Bastareaud, facing Jerónimo de la Fuente from Rosario and Matías Orlanda from Tucumán; without forgetting the clash in the scrum, between the hookers Guilhem Guirado and Agustín Creevy from La Plata. In 50 matches, Les Bleus won 35, and Los Pumas 14, plus 1 draw. Saturday will mark the third match in Lille: in 1988 France won 29-18 at Stade du Nord and in 2012, at Stade Pierre-Mauroy won 39-22. The Pumas have five wins over Les Bleus in France. The most recent was in 2014, by 18-13. Argentina won France in the 2007 World Cup by 34-10 and 17-12 in Paris, and then in 2014 in Marseille and in 1992 in Nantes. France is favorite by 10 points to win on Saturday. Argentina will need a Nicolás Sánchez in a state of grace and forwards with claw to get to win the battle of the scrum.

Irlanda favorito ante Argentina en debut de la última serie del invierno-otoño europeo- Ireland favorite against Argentina in debut of the last European autumn-winter series

Ireland favorite against Argentina in debut of the last European autumn-winter series

Under the rain and the intense polar cold, Ireland, champion of 2018 Six Nations 2018,  will face Argentina tomorrow at the temple of Lansdowne Road in Dublin, as favorite to win by 18 points in what will be the debut of the last  European autumn- winter series, as new changes are foretold in the international calendar after the IX World Cup Japan 2019, as is a future Super 12 global. In this beginning of the north-south clash, two challenges with great protagonism are opened: Ireland (2nd) and Argentina (9th), will face each other in that theater of dreams that is the famous Lansdowne Road, and the curtain will be raised also for England (4th), who will receive New Zealand (1st) in Twickenham Cathedral with favoritism for the double world champions, winners by 18 points. The inaugural program is completed by Wales (3rd) who will host at  Principality of Cardiff to Australia (6th), and where the Red Dragons are favorites by 8 points; while France (8th) will do the same at the Stade de France in Paris, against South Africa (5th), who is the favorite to win by 7 points in the narrowest of the opening day.
They run with an advantage that comes from rolling Ireland to  Italy 54-7 at Soldier Field in Chicago, New Zealand to Japan at Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo 69-31; England with the right to South Africa 12-11 in a complicated match for Australian referee Angus Gardner, and Wales that beat Scotland 21-10 at Principality of Cardiff, and that cost the Highlanders down to 7th place in the world ranking. In Ireland vs. Argentina, New Zealander coach Joe Schmidt recovers the fly half  and scorer Jonathan Sexton, the lock  Iain Henderson, and tight head prop  Tadhg Furlong, one of the best in the world.
Argentina that has lost six of the last seven tets against Ireland points to its fly half  and scorer Nicolás Sánchez from Tucumán, but that will not have his partner of adventures, the scrum half from Mendoza,  Gonzalo Bertranou, replaced by Tomás Cubelli from Buenos Aires. The Argentinian  scrum remains the great pending matter.

Irlanda vela las arma para el choque con Argentina- Ireland watches the gun for the clash against Argentina

Ireland watches the gun for the clash against Argentina

There is a lot of expectation in Ireland of the clash on Saturday against Argentina in the Lansdowne Road temple in Dublin, starting the European autumn-winter series where the XV of the Trefoil will infest Argentina, New Zealand and the United States. Although he already had a breakthrough a week ago, Italy 54-7 at Soldier Field in Chicago. Ireland comes from winning the Pumas 28-19 in last year's series and in total both selected played 22 games since their first meeting in 1952, winning Ireland 13 for 8 of Argentina and with the addition of 1 draw. It will be the clash of the new generation with wing Jacob Stockdale and the Cordovan center Juan Cruz Mallía, both protagonists and tryman in the 2016 M20 World Championship. But Ireland is doubtful full back Rob Kearney, one of its top stars, as scrum coach Greg Feek considers his chances of playing against Argentina on Saturday "are reduced to 50 percent," due to a shoulder injury produced in the triumph of his province, Leinster over Italy's Treviso for the Top 14. "All the others are fine, although Rob is working with the physiotherapist, Rob Kearney is Rob Kearney, a good one in the team and with a lot of experience and depth in the team," said Feek, the technical assistant of New Zealand coach Joe Schmidt. Nor will the scrum half Conor Murray against Argentina, but it is possible that he is in two weeks against New Zealand and Feek said: "We have three scrum media so it does not make sense to take one more." But All Blacks coach Steve Hansen, chose the doubt "Is Conor really going to be out or is it an Irish trick? Or is it the truth? " Hansen joked after New Zealand's 37-20 victory over Australia in Yokohama, he added: "Conor is a great player and it is a pity for both Ireland and us that he is not playing. wonderful to be present. " It should be noted that it was an experimental team with which Ireland thrashed Italy in Chicago and it is likely that there are many changes in the team to face Argentina. Players like Jonathan Sexton, Tadhg Furlong and James Ryan are expected to return with Joey Carbery, James Porter and Quinn Roux on the bench. If Kearney does not recover from his injury, Jordan Larmour, who starred in a hat-trick against Italy, would be his replacement. With Murray out, Kieran Marmion or Luke McGrath, who stood out as number nine, is expected to start as a starting scrum half.
