Jaguares más federales con 9 jugadores provenientes de las provincias y 6 del conurbano bonaerense, son favoritos a ganar la sexta victoria seguida, al enfrentar mañana en Vélez Sársfield (16:40), a  los sudafricanos Sharks de Durban en la semana 15 del Super Rugby 15, con claro objetivo de Playoff.

Nunca antes se había verificado una mayoría de jugadores provenientes de las Uniones Provinciales, tanto en los Jaguares como en los Pumas, ya que siempre se había hecho costumbre de convocar jugadores porteños en detrimento de los representantes del denominado ‘’rugby del interior’’.

Hoy la pareja de medios, protagonista, la forman  el medio scrum mendocino Gonzalo Bertranou y el apertura tucumano Nicolás Sánchez, el máximo goleador argentino. La estratégica tercera línea la  integran los entrerrianos Javier Ortega Desio y Marcos Kremer y el capitán santiagueño Tomás Lezana.

Mientras que en el centro del campo de juego destaca la experimentada pareja de centros formada por el rosarino Jerónimo De La Fuente y el tucumano Matías Orlando; y se completa la línea de backs con el wing y tryman tucumano Ramiro Moyano y el full back rosarino Emiliano Boffelli.

En el banco de suplentes aguarda jerarquía y oficio del segunda línea cordobés Matías Alemanno y del flanker santiagueño Juan Manuel Leguizamón, y  la nueva generación, con el full back/centro cordobés Juan Cruz Mallía, ya capitán de los Pumas M20, medalla de bronce en Mundial M20 de Manchester, y capitán de Argentina XV en 2018 y el pilar tucumano Javier Díaz.

En total son 12 jugadores del Interior, en plantel de23 convocados por los entrenadores porteños Mario Ledesma y Nicolás Fernández Miranda y el entrerriano Martín Gaitán, para unos Jaguares que buscan consolidar su segunda posición en la Conferencia Sudafricana donde suman 29 puntos.  Recapitulando, a Jaguares lo integran el full back rosarino Emiliano Boffelli, el wing tucumano Ramiro Moyano y el wing porteño Bautista Delguy; en los centros, el rosarino Jerónimo De La Fuente y el tucumano Matías Orlando; en los medios el apertura tucumano Nicolás Sánchez y el medio scrum mendocino Gonzalo Bertranou.

En la tercera línea los entrerrianos Javier Ortega Desio (8) y Marcos Kremer, y el santiagueño Tomás Lezana (cap). La segunda línea con los porteños Tomás Lavanini y Guido Pettti Pagadizábal; y la primera línea con el bonaerense Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro, el platense Agustín Creevy, y el porteñoSantiago García Botta.

Frente a Jaguares ubicados para los playoffs por primera vez en su historia, los Sharks vienen de ganar a unos limitados Waikato Chiefs en Durban la semana pasada. Por lo que sus jugadores buscan impresionar al entrenador de los Springboks,  Rassie Erasmus quien dará la lista de convocados mañana por la noche para la serie de junio  contra Inglaterra y test ante Gales.

Los aspirantes de Sharks a ser Springboks, entre los delanteros, el pilar Tendai Mtawarira, Coenie Oosthuizen (pilar), Thomas du Toit (pilar), Chiliboy Ralepelle (hooker), Akker van der Merwe (hooker), Jean-Luc du Preez (flanker), Dan du Preez (flanker). A Jaguares side more federals with 9 players coming from the provinces and 6 from the Buenos Aires suburbs, are favorites to win the sixth straight victory, facing tomorrow at Vélez Sársfield Stadium (16:40), the South African Sharks of Durban in the week 15 of  Super Rugby 15, with clear objective of Playoff. Never before had a majority of players from the Provincial Unions, both in the Jaguares and the Pumas side, since it had always become customary to summon Buenos Aires players in detriment representatives of the so-called "rugby of the interior" of  argentinian country.

Today, the media pair, are protagonist,  formed by scrum half  Gonzalo Bertranou from Mendoza City and fly half  Nicolás Sánchez from Tucumán, Argentina's top scorer. The strategic bottom line  formed by Javier Ortega Desio and Marcos Kremer from Entre Ríos Proivince, and flanker captain Tomás Lezana from Santiago del Estero City.
