Australia-Nueva Zelanda y Sudáfrica-Argentina,
el cuarteto de la máxima competición del Hemisferio Sur, está listo para la
primera fecha del 6º Cuatro Naciones
2017 cuyo puntapié inicial tendrá lugar el sábado en Sydney primero y en Port
Elizabeth después.
Por diferencia horaria, abrirán las hostilidades
Wallabies y All Blacks en el ANZ Stadium de Sydney (7 de la mañana hora
argentina), mientras que Springboks-y Pumas lo harán en el Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium
de Port Elizabeth (mediodía en Argentina). Comenzando por Sudáfrica, el plantel entrenado
por Allister Coetzee, cuenta con nuevo coaching ya que se agregan Brendan Venter y Franco Smith para ajustar los

una confiada Sudáfrica después de ganar sus tres tests a Francia (en junio) y
no perdieron su esencia en el contacto físico, y con dinámica que no veía desde
el Super Rugby con los Lions, Stormers y Skarks", sentenció Hourcade.
Michael Cheika presenta a Wallabies que deben redimirse
de derrota en junio ante Escocia de 24-19, sobreviviendo a otra frente a
Italia. Ahora el flanker Michael Hopper será el capitán, con Will Genia y
Bernard Foley vice-capitanes y Kurtley Beale vuelve al plantel.
A los 25 años Hooper ya es un veterano de 68 caps, y será capitán después de la decisión del hooker Stephen
Moore de renunciar antes de su retiro del rugby internacional al final de la
temporada 2017.

Australia-New
Zealand and South Africa-Argentina, the South America's top-flight quartet, is
set for the first date of the 6th 2017 Four Nations which kicks off on Saturday
in Sydney first and then in Port Elizabeth. For a time
difference, Wallabies and All Blacks hostilities will open at ANZ Stadium in
Sydney (7 am Argentine time), while Springboks-and Pumas will do so at Nelson
Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth (midday in Argentina).
Starting
with South Africa, the squad trained by Allister Coetzee, has new coaching as
they add Brendan Venter and Franco Smith to adjust defensive and offensive
systems, respectively. The
Springboks come from winning two of their six challenges last year, with double
losses against the All Blacks and 1 against the Pumas and 1 with the Wallabies.
They also fell to England, for the first time against Italy and ended with
defeat against Wales.
In 2017 the
Springboks came to redeem themselves by winning the series to France in 3-0 in
June, and will be captained in the first rounds by the second line Eben
Etzebeth since the eighth Warren Whiteley will be absent for six weeks due to a
groin injury. While Argentinian
Head-Coach Daniel Hourcade has full confidence in the Pumas squad that
represents the greatest expression of players for the challenge at the Nelson
Mandela Bay Stadium Saturday at noon in Argentina.
"We are
improving, but we will face a confident South Africa after winning their three
tests in France (in June) and did not lose their essence in physical contact,
