En sábado nocturno melancólico por el clima porteño, los All Blacks jugando mal, golearon a los Pumas por 35-17 (5 a 2 en los tries) y se proclamaron tricampeones en el 7º  Rugby Championship, cuya quinta y penúltima fecha se disputó en el Estadio José Amalfinati del Club Vélez Sarsfield y en el Estadio Nelson Mandela Bay de Port Elizabeth, donde los Springboks ganaron a los Wallabies por 23-12.

En la noche de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, los All Blacks sin Luke Whitelock,  Kieran Read, Brodie Retallick y Owen Franks,  celebraron el tercer título de campeón consecutivo (ganaron 6 y Australia conquistó el certamen reducido de 2015), dominando el scrum, y lines, y poniendo de relieve defensa  y  destreza a a partir del centro Sonny Bill Williams (que incluso tuvo tarjeta amarilla). Los All Blacks que en los pronósticos tenía ventaja de 15 puntos, ganó de 18,  en partido mediocre y con equipo de suplentes que no jugó bien, aunque destacó en su disciplina para aprovechar los errores del equipo argentino que cometió penales reiterados en su primera línea ; y sus tres cuartos carecieron de tackling en el fondo,  con los porteños Matías Moroni, Bautista Delguy y Sebastián Cancelliere. Por lo que los únicos que cumplieron su cometido para frenar a Waisake Naholo, Ryan Crotty, Sonny Bill Williams, y Rieko Ioane, fueron  el full back rosarino Emiliano Boffelli y el centro rosarino Jerónimo De La Fuente, quién sobre el final contó con su compañero de siempre  el tucumano Matías Orlando, que reemplazó al porteño Bautista Ezcurra,   de frágil  actuación en el centro de la cancha. Además no aprovecharon un hombre menos de Nueva Zelanda cuando salió por tarjeta a amarilla el centro Sonny Bill Williams entre el final del primer tiempo y comienzo del segundo, donde se mantuvo la diferencia kiwi de 21-3. Y fue el mismo Sonny Bill Willians en magistral penetración por el centro de la cancha , a lanzar al try a Rieko Ioane a los 54´ de juego.

Marcaron para Argentina, 2 tries el medio scrum suplente, el porteño Tomás  Cubelli (en un doble movimiento), y el full back rosarino Emiliano Boffelli, más 1 penal y 2 conversiones de apertura tucumano Nicolás Sánchez. Para Nueva Zelanda, 5 tries de Rieko  Ioane 2, Waisake Naholo, Patrick Tuipulotu, Anton Lienert-Brown, y 5 conversiones de Beauden Barrett y 1 de Richie  Mo’unga.

Tras cinco jornadas Nueva Zelanda es 1º con 21 puntos, 2º  Sudáfrica con 14, 3º Argentina con 8 y 4º Australia con 5 unidades. Sin margen de error en última fecha del Súper 8

Un sábado de pasión se vivirá mañana en la décimo cuarta y última   fecha del Súper 8 clasificatorio a las semifinales del 87º Campeonato de Primera División ´´ Javier “Pelado” Morra´´, y donde la máxima expectativa estará en el Country con Jockey Club Córdoba (2º ) enfrentando a La Tablada (5º ) para atrapar la ansiada promoción. Será árbitro el rosarino Damián Schneider. Ambos llegan a la definición de un sprint final codo a codo y con la adrenalina en su máxima expresión, tras una extenuante segunda fase con verdaderas finales en cada confrontación, buscando el cuadrangular de semifinales  y la final por el cetro, que se disputarán en la cancha de fútbol del Club Universitario en Alto Alberdi, los  próximos 13 y 20 de Octubre, respectivamente. Tanto Jockey Club Córdoba, como La Tablada, buscan corregir errores en sus actuaciones de hace una semana, donde cayeron ajustadamente frente a Tala en Villa Warcalde, como ante Córdoba Athletic en URCA. El scrum y las maniobras en los mauls y rucks, serán determinantes, como así también el juego con el pie, en 80´de alta intensidad.

El Athletic escaló la pendiente en URCA y mira de cerca las semifinales

 

Con temperamento y determinación, el Córdoba Athletic en arremetida al último respiro, le ganó a La Tablada 31-27, en una décimo tercera jornada del Super 8, donde se impuso en URCA,  por mayor juego desplegado y ya mira de cerca las semifinales del 87º Campeonato de Primera División ´´ Javier “Pelado” Morra´´, por lo que el sábado próximo se jugará al último respiro. Para destacar en Córdoba Athletic  a sus tres cuartos, comenzando por su full back Santiago Carreras y siguiendo por su wing Ignacio Rizzi, en el centro de la cancha a Facundo López, Pedro Cáceres, y-José Arias, y a la pareja de medios de jerarquía como son Pedro Cane, y Tomás Caffaratti.  En el pack se puso de relieve la primera línea Facundo Russo (c), Leonel Oviedo y-Exequiel Leonangili.

En La Tablada a corriente alternada, sobresalió en su fondo de cancha con  el fervor de Santiago Tobal,  Juan Altamira, y Agustín Galliano. Y entre los delanteros, algunos chispazos de su tercera línea, -Luciano Baistrochi,  Facundo Alemano, y Gonzalo Debiasloskurski. El doble clásico norte-sur tuvo protagonismo de alta intensidad tanto en URCA, como así  también en Villa Warcalde, donde el Tala RC al último aliento se quedó con sufrida victoria sobre el Jockey Club Córdoba, por 23-21, por lo que los próximos  desafíos serán a la última sangre, poniendo de relieve que hay apasionado final de temporada en el rugby cordobés en todos los niveles. Porque también crecieron en determinación el Palermo Bajo que fue al feudo del líder  Urú Curé (ya semifinalista), a atrapar en Soles del Oeste  un triunfo de alto contenido emotivo por 30-19, y en La Lomita de Alto Alberdi, el Jockey Club Villa María, sigue motivado ya que tras ganarle a Palermo Bajo hace una semana, logró el doblete sobre Universitario por 45-35.

 Es decir, todo se dilucidará en la última de la etapa clasificatoria del sábado, donde  la promoción  tendrá su  premio para quién tenga mayor energía para ganarle al adversario y a la tremenda llegada de la primavera con temperatura de pleno verano.  Y donde el mayor desafío estará en el Country, porque tanto Jockey Club Córdoba y La Tablada apostarán a ganador en la última ficha. En éste sprint de la recta final y luchando codo a codo, el Jockey Club Córdoba (2º ) enfrentará en Villa Warcalde al Tala RC (4º ) con el referato del árbitro tucumano Santiago Altobelli,  y donde el visitante llega con bajas pero con un plantel bien probado y experimentado, ante un Tala que está encontrando su mejor forma. Será un clásico del norte-sur capitalino de alta intensidad.

Mientras que en  barrio Urca, siempre en el norte capitalino, La Tablada (3º ) será anfitrión del Córdoba Athletic (5º ), con el arbitraje del mendocino Claudio Antonio y donde los blaugranas llegan a la cita mejor ensamblados que los rojinegros en las formaciones y en el despliegue cerca de los puntos de ruptura.

Nueva Zelanda suma 15 puntos por 6 de Sudáfrica y 4 de Argentina y Australia. Para Argentina hubo tries del interior,  con los tucumanos Ramiro Moyano y Nicolás Sánchez y el rosarino Emiliano Boffelli. Party of tries for  All Blacks against Pumas in the night of nightmares

On the frozen winter night at Nelson, in the deep south of New Zealand the All Blacks ignited passions with 6 tries in the rout of 46-24 (18-7) against  Pumas who suffered a night of nightmares in the third round  of  VII Rugby Championship 2018 and that was disputed at  small Trafalgar Park stadium of Nelson, town of the north of the New Zealand south island. Ni siquiera como suplente.
