There is promise of combat in
the rematch of Ireland vs Argentina
Tomorrow
at the legendary temple of Lansdowne Road, in Dublin (14:30 argentinian time)
there will be a promise of combat for Argentina, where Ireland is waiting to
take revenge for the defeat in the quarterfinals of the 2015 Rugby World Cup at
the Principality of Cardiff (43-20).
As
many Shamrocks as the Pumas, come to the appointment with the spirit through
the clouds for the high intensity of the game and with goals stars of the
caliber of Jonathan Sexton and Nicolás Sánchez, two of the best fly halfs of the moment.
True, we expected from the first minute a launch pad with the Tucuman’s fly half Nicolás Sánchez and scrum half from Mendoza, Gonzalo Bertranou, after the brilliant performance of both against Italy at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence (31-15).
Anyway the duo Jonathan Sexton-Conor Murray must do the accounts with the binomial formed by Sanchez and Martin Landajo from Buenos Aires, as well as between the captains and hookers Rory Best against Agustin Creevy from La Plata City in the scrum.
In the heights of the line out and in rucks and mauls, there wil be the battle of giants between the locks Iain Henderson and Matías Alemanno from Córdoba; as between the Nº 8, the South African Christiaan Johan 'CJ' Stander in front of Tomás Lezana from Santiago del Estero, who returns.
In Dublin is expected an Irish side performance similar to that shown against South Africa (38-3), although his performance fell to Fiji but with alternative team just won by 23-20 and tomorrow the bookmakers give advantage of 14 points over Argentina.
